Event Information: Established in 1982, the 'Pudsey' fair is held twice yearly on Saturdays in March and October. For the visitor, there is a current maximum availability of 84 stands. We continue to aim at presenting for you the best balance between dolls and teddies, with supplies and related items.
Our adult admission price of £3.50 was last increased in 2006, but the child (5 to 16 year old) admission of 50p continues unchanged since 1989.
Opening Times: The fair is open from 10.30am until 4.00pm.
Current Admission Charge: Adults £3.50, Schoolchildren 50p.
Additional Information: excellent cafeteria facilities throughout the day.
As you will know, Government legislation requires that Pudsey Civic Hall is a NO SMOKING building.
Pudsey Civic Hall has a LARGE FREE CAR PARK, and is located 150m from the junction of Leeds Outer Ring Road (A6110) and Leeds/Bradford road (A647). The fair is signposted from all approach routes with the familiar yellow 'AA' type roadsigns.
The hall is no more than a 5 minute walk from NEW PUDSEY STATION. If you come by train do make sure that you book to NEW PUDSEY, and when leaving the station, turn right. Around 200yards to the roundabout. Pudsey Civic Hall is accross the road. The hall is also well served by bus routes from both Leeds and Bradford City centres, ask for the "Dawson's Corner" bus stop.
Disabled Access: There are new disabled facilities, on the ground floor accessed from the Foyer. Within the fair, only the stage area is not accessible by wheelchairs. All aisles are at least to the width required by the Fire Authority. There is also a service lift available for our disabled visitors to the first floor cafeteria.
